The Tire & Rim Association (TRA) partnered with EYEMG to modernize its public website and member-only Extranets, creating a secure, intuitive, and compliance-ready digital ecosystem for prospects, members, and foreign members. EYEMG delivered a comprehensive redesign that improves navigation, streamlines payments, enhances security with individual accounts and two-factor authentication, and supports complex membership and voting workflows essential to TRA’s standards-setting mission.

TRA’s legacy website and Extranets were functional but outdated—relying on shared credentials, manual processes for membership approvals, and inconsistent content management workflows across member and foreign-member audiences. As the global standards body for tire, rim, and wheel engineering, TRA required a modern digital platform capable of supporting a structured publishing process, controlled access to technical documents, and eCommerce for publications.
EYEMG’s redesign introduced a clear, audience-specific navigation model, a modern WordPress foundation, Section 508 AA accessibility compliance, and a highly secure authentication model. Beyond presentation, EYEMG engineered a full suite of functional enhancements—including individual user accounts for all members, a web-based membership application with processing fees, membership term management with proration, credit-card and purchase-order workflows, and an integrated voting system for membership approvals of new members and standards.
Centralizing content management allows TRA staff to update shared materials (such as spreadsheets and ISO documents) once and publish them simultaneously across member and foreign-member areas. The result is a scalable, secure, and globally accessible platform aligned with TRA’s mission to advance tire and rim engineering standards.
