All staff are presented to agents in an easy-to-view directory.
All contacts are also presented in their functional departments, making it easy for an agent to find the correct person at BUA.
The site search allows an agent to search by keyword, but delivers all matches broken into categories of content (for example: site content, market intelligence, forms, tools, contacts and web links). A user can filter results by these categories if they know exactly what they are looking for.
