We sometimes think of ourselves as a design firm that understands technology, and a technology firm that can realize design. When it comes to design, we act like an ad agency - we meet with our client and create a project overview and creative brief. We present multiple layouts and work with our client to make the right decisions for the Web.
We also work much like an architect - we create in-depth project specification documents, audience flow charts, site maps and even click-throughs before development is actually started.
