Setting up mail on Apple OSX Mail.app
If you have never used Mail.app before, you will be presented with the screen below, if you are adding an additional account, from the "Mail" menu, select "Preferences", click on the "Accounts" tab, then click on the "+" (plus sign), in the bottom left of the window  Type your name in the "Full Name" box, followed by the email address and password you were provided. Click on "Continue" when complete. 
- Account Type is "POP"
- Description is your domain name (after the @ in your email address) followed by "(POP3)"
- Incomimg Mail Server is "mail.eyemg.com"
- User Name the email address provided to you
- Password the email address provided to you
Click on "Continue" when complete. 
- Description is your domain name (after the @ in your email address) followed by "(SMTP)"
- Outgoing Mail Server is "mail.eyemg.com"
- If you have more than one email account, uncheck "Use only this server", otherwise, leave as is.
- Check the "Use Authentication" box
- User Name the email address provided to you
- Password the email address provided to you
Click on "Continue" when complete.  This screen confirms your settings. If your screen looks simular to this screen, click on "Create. Otherwise, you can click "Go Back" to modify your settings.  From the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen, select "Preferences"  In the window that opens up, select the "Accounts" tab. Then, from the "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)" select box, click on "Edit Server List..."  Select your domain's email server, then click on the "Advanced" button. Change the "Server Port" to "2525", and make sure that "Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)" is unchecked. When finished, click on "OK", then close the preferences window. It will ask if you want to save your settings, click on "Save". You are now ready to use your new email account.
